As a property developer, the creation of a modern city lies in your hands: Turn it into a paradise! Buy land, build houses, furnish the neighborhood, create the most attractive environment possible, and collect the rent! At the same time, however, you must manage your resources. After all, you need reserves in case unforeseen obstacles arise: Floods, fires, or cockroach infestations are serious stumbling blocks on your path to success.
