About this game

Perfect Tense: Maggot therapy is a horror-BL visual novel with themes of Zoroastrianism, decay, rebirth and insects. It follows two young men, Perfect Tense and Deadboy, who seek to resurrect Deadboy's brother through a twisted ritual.
